Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jack Montoney founded Montoney Capital with a focus on disciplined portfolio oversight, clear communication, and long-term client relationships. Before founding the firm, he worked as a financial analyst at Compass with a focus on commercial real estate, market analysis, asset performance, and financial modeling. Jack earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
Chief Operating Officer
Lawney Montoney brings more than 29 years of senior management experience spanning operational leadership, supply chain strategy, and organizational growth. He earned a degree in Business Logistics from St. John’s University. As Chief Operating Officer, Lawney oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and supports its commitment to diligence, accountability, and client service.
